In this full time role, you will administer fleet contracts, analyze vehicle activity rates, and prepare financial projections for management. You'll engage in contract oversight, ensure compliance with company policies, and provide cost recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer and monitor fleet contracts for compliance
Analyze vehicle activity rates and manage budget guidelines




Prepare monthly financial reports and projections for management
Coordinate with fleet management to solve vehicle issues
Maintain and balance the fleet G/L account in SAP

Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2.5 years of relevant financial analysis experience
Knowledge of SAP and MS Office suite
Robust communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently
