Reporting to the Director of Care, the RPN will provide goal-oriented care aligned with provincial standards. You'll collaborate as part of an inter-qualified team and be responsible for completing clinical assessments, implementing care plans, and ensuring compliance with documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct resident care and medication administration
• Complete and communicate care assessments and plans
• Facilitate resident care conferences and team meetings
• Respond to significant changes or emergencies in conditions
• Educate residents and families on care plans
Requirements:
• Current registration as an RPN in the province
• Experience in senior care environments preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Solid communication and time management skills
• Knowledge in clinical care and gerontology
