Summary

As a Seasonal Concierge, you will welcome clients and provide exceptional service during the holiday season. You will help create memorable in-store experiences while assisting clients with store information, products, services, and inquiries.

Responsibilities
Welcome clients and provide an extraordinary level of service.
Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and by email, resolving client needs professionally.
Share store, product, service, and local community information and recommendations.
Process gift cards and provide point-of-sale support.
Support holiday events and other in-store experiences.

Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service workplace.
Robust communication and relationship-building skills, with a passion for exceptional client experiences.
Confidence using technology and computer applications; ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
High school diploma.
Flexibility to work up to 39 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
