Aprio, a Top 20 CPA and advisory firm, is seeking a Tax Manager to join the Specialty Tax team. You will lead M&A; tax engagements, advise clients on tax implications, and mentor junior staff in a fast-growing environment. This role requires 5+ years in M&A; tax, CPA or Bar admission, and solid analytical and communication skills. The position offers hybrid work with 2–3 days in person and up to 25% travel, plus a competitive compensation package.
