United States Digital Space LLC seeks a compassionate Part time Nurse Case Manager to support patients, healthcare providers and clinic partners via a specialized Patient Support Program (PSP). You will educate patients, coordinate care, and help ensure timely access to treatment with an exceptional patient experience.

This remote role is ~2.5 days/week, requiring Alberta/BC licensure, robust communication, and travel to clinics across Alberta and British Columbia.
