BDO is seeking a ServiceNow Functional Consultant to design and optimize ITSM/CSM processes within ServiceNow for internal and client-facing engagements. This role translates business needs into scalable, best-practice solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with Platform Owners, Solution Architects, and delivery teams to lead process discovery, define future-state workflows, and enable solid adoption of ServiceNow capabilities across client environments.
