The role combines hands-on operations with active customer-facing presence in Lethbridge and Southern Alberta, rebuilding revenue and strengthening builder relationships.
Reporting to the General Manager, the AGM partners on strategy, oversees operations, and represents the company at community events, driving profitability and safety across the branch.
