Sentrex Health Solutions is hiring a Clinical Nurse Liaison to coordinate patient care within the Clinic Solutions team. This remote Canada-based role involves onboarding patients, coordinating with physicians, insurers, and pharmacies, and delivering education on advanced IBD therapies.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of GI/IBD clinical experience, BC RN/LPN licensure, CPR/First Aid, ACLS, and a valid driver’s license.
