iQmetrix is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist in Canada to own onboarding and adoption during launch for Intelligent Commerce Retail Experience. You’ll run structured onboarding, deliver training to diverse audiences, and align launch activities with client goals.
You’ll collaborate with Implementation, Product, Support, and Account Management to ensure a smooth go-live and ongoing success, while maintaining accurate Salesforce records and building solid client relationships.
