Join our dynamic team as a Rental Equipment Dispatcher, where you'll be at the heart of our logistics operations, ensuring smooth and effective rental equipment management. In this fast-paced role, you'll coordinate equipment dispatch and delivery, communicate seamlessly with workers and customers, and utilize computer systems to keep operations running flawlessly. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service and maintain our reputation for reliability.

This position comes with a 10 on and 4 off schedule. Company truck and fuel cards are provided.

Responsibilities

- Answering phones professionally on a 24 hour basis
- Dispatching rental equipment and personnel out to jobsites
- Tracking rental equipment




- Maintaining order on multiple jobs at the same time
- Communicate clearly with workers, office staff, customers, and internal teams ensuring accurate information exchange
- Manage Bill of Lading documentation and creating and verifying equipment details on contracts

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Strong computer skills
- Positive attitude
- Self-motivated and able to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently or as part of a team

Experience Requirements

- 1+ years’ experience in dispatching
- 5+ years’ experience in Oilfield
- Rental equipment experience an asset
