and sound judgement* Show and lease residential properties effectively* Coordinate property marketing to maximize exposure and leasing results* Conduct property inspections and maintain accurate records and documentation* Coordinate repairs and maintenance and provide informed recommendations to property owners* Manage insurance claims and related documentation as required* Work collaboratively with strata corporations, strata managers, contractors, and other industry partners* Manage properties involving strata and Air Space Parcel considerations* Identify issues proactively and work toward practical, effective solutions* Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication in all correspondence#### Experience and Skills:
