The Seasonal Concierge welcomes clients and creates memorable experiences during the holiday season. This role provides store, product, and service information while supporting client needs and in-store events.

Responsibilities
Welcome clients and deliver exceptional service.
Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and by email, and resolve client needs professionally.
Provide information about store services, products, and the local community.
Process gift cards and provide point-of-sale support.
Support holiday events and other in-store experiences.

Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service environment.
Solid communication and relationship-building skills, with a passion for exceptional client experiences.
Confidence using technology and computer applications.
Collaborative approach and ability to thrive in a quick-paced setting.
High school diploma.
Flexibility to work up to 39 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
