Extendicare in Canada is seeking a part time Dietitian to join our Clinical Team. You will conduct nutritional assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with the Dietary Manager and Director of Care to support residents.
Qualifications include registration as a Dietitian and eligibility with the College of Dietitians of Ontario, plus experience in geriatric nutrition and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Familiarity with RAI MDS 2.0 is a plus.
