Emcon Services Inc. is seeking a 310T Certified Lead Hand Technician for our Recent Dorchester Shop location. You will oversee maintenance and repair of the city’s highway fleet, supervise work, manage parts inventory, and coordinate with the Mechanical Superintendent.

A solid background in diagnostics, hydraulics, and welding is valued. Afternoon shifts may vary with operations. Reporting to the Mechanical Superintendent, this unionized role offers pay per the collective agreement; lead hand
