Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre seeks a dedicated nurse to provide comprehensive care for patients with complex malignant hematology conditions. You will deliver primary nursing care across CMH inpatient and outpatient units, rotating between sites as scheduled.
You will manage treatment-related side effects, conduct thorough assessments, educate patients and families, and participate in interprofessional management and quality improvement initiatives.
