Job Title: Professional Cleaning Specialist | Residential & Commercial

Location: Owen Sound, Markdale, Tara, Port Elgin, Sauble Beach, Southampton, Meaford, Collingwood and surrounding areas.

Employment Type: Full-Time ( 30-40 hrs per week ) / Part time ( 15-30 hours per week )

Monday - Friday ( Weekend work available )

Compensation: $24-25/hr ( paid travel )

Position Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and reliable Cleaning Specialist to join our team. This role is about more than just "tidying up"—it is about providing clients with a sense of relief and a high-quality living or working environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, respects client privacy, and has a keen eye for the small details that others might miss.

Key Responsibilities

- Comprehensive Cleaning: Perform detailed cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, changing garbages, bed washing and remaking, staging, washing and folding laundry, tidying, decluttering, washing baseboards, cleaning windows, and sanitizing surfaces in kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas.
- Execute deep-cleaning tasks such as cleaning inside appliances (ovens/fridges), and scrubbing grout, etc.
- Organization: Neatly arrange items, fluff pillows, make beds, and ensure the space looks "staged" and welcoming upon completion.
- Must be good with animals
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain cleaning tools (vacuum filters, microfiber cloths) to ensure they are hygienic and in good working order.
- Client Communication: Provide a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients; respect specific house rules or "off-limits" areas.
- Quality Control: Self-inspect all work before leaving the premises to ensure it meets our "gold standard" of cleanliness.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Move light furniture when needed.

Attention to Detail:



The ability to spot a stray hair, crumbs on the floor, streaks on a mirror or a smudge on a stainless steel appliance from across the room.

Time Management: Ability to complete tasks efficiently without sacrificing quality to meet scheduled timelines.

Integrity: Must be comfortable working independently or as a pair in private homes or offices; a background check is required.

Reliability: You are someone who values being on time and rarely misses a scheduled shift.

Strong communication skills, this job requires a lot of communication to ensure everything runs smoothly.
