This in office position reports directly to the Store Manager. As a Holiday Customer Service Representative, you are the friendly face assisting customers during the busy season. You will operate the POS/Cash system while helping with inventory management and customer engagements. Through online training, you will enhance your service skills and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve customers accurately using the POS System
• Ask for donations for the Spirit of Sustainability campaign
• Manage inventory,



face products, and maintain store safety
• Engage customers in the Postal Code Survey
• Lift product cases weighing up to 40 lbs consistently
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally allowed to work in Canada
• Bilingualism in English and French is advantageous
• Availability on weekends and holiday dates
• Robust customer interaction skills
