We are seeking experienced, independent residential cleaners to join our growing team as a subcontractor.

This role is best suited for someone who is already self-employed in the cleaning industry and is looking to fill their schedule with consistent, high-quality clients, without the stress of marketing, scheduling, or client management.

We provide you with a steady stream of recurring clients (weekly, biweekly, and monthly), creating a predictable, ongoing schedule you can rely on

About the Role

- This is a subcontractor (independent contractor) position - not employment
- You will be assigned recurring clients on a consistent rotation
- Schedules are built with weekly/biweekly/monthly cleans, meaning your workload remains stable week to week
- The majority of work is located in Sherwood Park and surrounding areas
- Ideal for someone looking to supplement or grow their existing cleaning business

Non-Negotiable Requirements




- Valid criminal record check
- Subcontracting experience
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance
- Your own professional cleaning supplies & equipment, including vacuum and mop
- General liability insurance
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Reliable, recurring weekday daytime availability
- Willing and able to service Sherwood Park and surround areas (Ardrossan, Fort Saskatchewan, Edmonton, St. Albert, Spruce Grove)

Job Types: Full time, Part-time, Freelance Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
