Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic experienced Residential Construction Site Foreman to lead and coordinate on-site construction activities for residential projects. This role is vital in ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring proven supervisory experience, technical construction knowledge, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

Duties

- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on residential multi-unit projects.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Be present and actively involved on the job site throughout the construction process.
- Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, building codes, and quality standards.
- Perform or assist with hands-on construction tasks when necessary, including helping trades, completing minor repairs or adjustments, addressing deficiencies, and resolving onsite issues.
- Lead by example and maintain a strong work ethic and professional presence on site.
- Review drawings and coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and trades.
- Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved on time.
- Monitor site progress and identify potential delays or construction issues before they become problems.




- Coordinate inspections and ensure deficiencies are addressed promptly.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and workmanship standards.
- Ensure the construction site is clean, organized, and protected.
- Enforce company safety policies and applicable health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure materials are available when required.
- Troubleshoot construction issues and provide practical, hands-on solutions.
- Maintain accurate site records, daily logs, progress updates, and deficiency lists.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, trades, suppliers, consultants, and management.
- Take ownership of the site and ensure the project progresses efficiently from start to completion.

Skills

- Extensive experience supervising residential construction sites with a strong understanding of building processes
- Proven experience with multi-unit residential construction is required.
- Must be capable and willing to perform onsite construction work when necessary
- Strong hands-on construction experience is required.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating
- Familiarity with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 or similar tools
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations on construction sites
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately
- Strong organizational skills with experience in budgeting and project scheduling
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating teams and liaising with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders

Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
