Job Overview

RATI Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced, reliable, and hands-on Residential Job Site Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising construction and renovation projects while also being comfortable performing a variety of hands-on construction tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise construction and renovation projects from start to completion.
- Lead, coordinate, and oversee employees, subcontractors, and trades on job sites.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, deliveries, and subcontractors.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.
- Identify and resolve construction issues and unexpected site conditions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and management.
- Ensure job sites are protected, clean, organized, and properly maintained.
- Monitor project schedules, costs, materials, and labour.
- Read and interpret basic drawings, plans, specifications, and project instructions.

Perform hands-on construction and renovation work as required, including:

- Painting and finishing




- Drywall installation, repair, and finishing
- Flooring installation and repair
- Door installation and replacement
- Basic carpentry
- Basic plumbing is an asset
- Basic electrical is an asset
- Demolition and removal work
- Minor repairs and general construction tasks
- Assist with estimating labour and material requirements when required.

Qualifications and Experience A minimum 5 years of construction/renovation experience.

- Previous experience supervising construction crews, subcontractors, or projects.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer service.
- Must be reliable, punctual, dependable, and professional.

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
