Adult & Teen Challenge of Central Canada is seeking a Recovery Support Worker to provide direct supervision, structure, safety oversight, and practical daily support in an in-residence program. You will help maintain a safe, respectful workplace while supporting campus operations. The role emphasizes Christ-centered leadership, spiritual mentorship, and collaboration with staff to walk alongside individuals on their recovery journey.
