Residential Sales Representative

NightRays Permanent Lighting is looking for motivated individuals to join our residential sales team.

You will help homeowners learn about our permanent LED lighting systems, explain available options, provide project estimates, and assist customers throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities

- Speak with homeowners about permanent outdoor lighting
- Identify potential customers and generate sales opportunities
- Explain our lighting systems, features, and installation process
- Provide quotes and follow up with interested customers
- Maintain professional communication with customers
- Work independently and manage your schedule

Requirements
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Professional and reliable
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners
- Motivated and organized
- Sales experience is an asset
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation required

Compensation Commission-based compensation.



Earnings are based on completed sales and project value. There is no guaranteed hourly wage for this position.

Schedule

Flexible schedule. This position involves residential outreach and customer appointments, including some evening and weekend availability when needed.
