- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity
- Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols
- Support residents with meal preparation, ensuring nutritious and balanced diets tailored to individual needs
- Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a warm, welcoming workplace
- Maintain cleanliness of living spaces through routine cleaning tasks to ensure health and safety standards are met
- Observe and document residents’ health status, behaviors, and any changes, reporting concerns promptly to supervisors




- Implement care plans designed by healthcare professionals, adapting support as needed for each individual's requirements

Experience

- Prior experience in assisted living or nursing home settings is highly desirable
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or acquired brain injuries enhances your ability to provide effective support
- Knowledge of dementia care techniques and medication administration procedures is advantageous
- Demonstrated caregiving skills with a compassionate approach to supporting vulnerable populations
- Ability to perform light cleaning duties and meal preparation as part of holistic care provision
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, residents, and families
