Estates Manager

West London

Up to £70,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Estates Manager to oversee the effective management and maintenance of a large property portfolio of stores and residential units.

The successful candidate will be responsible for property management, leases, maintenance, compliance, budgets, contractors and supporting the organisation’s wider estates strategy.

Key requirements:
Experience in estates/property management, ideally within the retail sector
Solid knowledge of property and facilities management
Experience managing contractors, budgets and compliance
RICS qualification or relevant professional property qualification desirable

Experience in franchise operations would be highly advantageous.
