Payroll Administrator

London Drugs is seeking a Payroll Administrator (Contract) to join our Payroll team at our Corporate Head Office in Richmond, BC. Supporting approximately 9,000 employees across Western Canada, you'll be part of a collaborative team responsible for payroll processing, compliance, and employee support.

Working closely with Human Resources, Finance, managers, and employees, you will play an significant role in delivering exceptional payroll support and helping employees receive accurate and timely pay.

What You'll Do





Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 9,000 employees across four provinces.

Enter and maintain payroll information related to recent hires, employee changes, and payroll transactions.

Verify and reconcile payroll input and output to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Process commissions, bonus payments, retroactive pay adjustments, and other payroll transactions.

Review and approve payroll items including sick time, vacation pay, leaves, and WCB-related payments.

Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies by working closely with department managers and employees.
