Surrey Place, a not-for-profit serving Toronto region clients, seeks a Registered Nurse for Urgent Response Services. The role reports to the Manager, Complex Community Teams and focuses on assessment and rapid interventions for clients with autism and developmental disabilities for up to 12 weeks.
The nurse screens referrals, conducts health assessments, develops care plans, and collaborates with medical specialists to support families within a multidisciplinary team.
