Poulet Rouge is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in Canada. You will recruit, train, and coach your team while ensuring top quality, service and guest experience. You will monitor sales, labor, inventory and KPIs to drive consistent performance across shifts.

The role requires bilingual French/English communication, strong organization, and a hands-on leadership style focused on guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Full time position in Saguenay, QC.
