Duties

- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to quality standards
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of servers, cooks, and support staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency, quality, and safety compliance
- Manage cash handling procedures and POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to ensure accurate transactions
- Conduct interviews and assist with hiring new team members to build a strong, capable workforce
- Enforce food safety protocols, proper food handling practices,



and cleanliness standards across the restaurant
- Support training initiatives in food service techniques, customer service excellence, and hospitality best practices

Skills

- Proven supervising experience in a rapid-paced restaurant or food service environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Experience with restaurant management systems including Micros POS or similar platforms
- Leadership abilities with a focus on team management and conflict resolution
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a busy setting
