Duties

- Coordinate purchasing decisions and inventory replenishment to ensure product availability and optimal stock levels.
- Manage retail sales activities, including pricing strategies, merchandising displays, and promotional campaigns to maximize revenue.
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract recent customers and retain existing ones through effective communication and promotional strategies.
- Oversee payroll processing, cash handling procedures, and bookkeeping to maintain accurate financial records.
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, inventory management, and reporting purposes.
- Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
- Recruit, train,



and develop team members to enhance their skills in sales, cashiering, and customer engagement.

Requirements

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in cash handling, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging with a broader customer base.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Proficiency in merchandising, pricing strategies, and sales management techniques.
- Experience with POS systems, payroll processing, recruiting, training & development, and budgeting.
- Proven supervising experience in retail or related fields with strong leadership capabilities.
