You will foster a warm, welcoming workplace reflecting our brand's commitment to comfort, style, and quality. You will lead daily operations, coach staff, manage merchandising and stock, recruit and train new team members, and ensure outstanding guest experiences. 2+ years retail experience with supervisory exposure is required.
