Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
- Manage team schedules, delegate tasks, and motivate staff to meet sales targets and deliver outstanding service
- Oversee merchandising efforts, including product placement, pricing strategies, and inventory replenishment to maximize sales potential
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience for all visitors
- Coordinate recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing candidates and supporting onboarding processes
- Manage payroll processing, cash handling procedures, and maintain accurate sales records through POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Develop training programs for staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills to foster professional growth
- Assist with budgeting activities, monitor store expenses,



and implement marketing initiatives to boost store visibility and sales performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding health & safety regulations, loss prevention measures, and store cleanliness

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in a retail environment with a strong understanding of retail sales operations
- Demonstrated ability in team management, leadership, and motivating staff toward common goals
- Skilled in merchandising, pricing strategies, and store presentation techniques
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and bookkeeping practices
- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and handle customer interactions professionally
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases
- Familiarity with recruiting processes, training & development programs, and administrative tasks such as payroll and budgeting
- Excellent organizational skills paired with time management expertise to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of marketing strategies within retail settings and experience in implementing promotional campaigns
