You will foster a warm, welcoming environment reflecting our brand's commitment to comfort, style, and quality. You will lead daily operations, coach staff, manage merchandising and stock, recruit and train current team members, and ensure outstanding guest experiences. 2+ years retail experience with supervisory exposure is required.
