Duties

- Lead and supervise retail staff to ensure high standards of customer service, sales performance, and store presentation
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members to build a strong, motivated workforce
- Oversee merchandising strategies, including pricing, product placement, and inventory management to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage daily store operations such as cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, payroll processing, and bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinate purchasing activities and monitor stock levels to ensure product availability and optimal inventory turnover
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to attract customers and increase sales volume
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations,



and store procedures through effective communication and supervision

Experience
- Proven supervising experience in retail or related customer service environments
- Strong knowledge of retail sales techniques, merchandising principles, and store management practices
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, team management, and leadership to motivate staff and achieve sales goals
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic bookkeeping or administrative tasks
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to effectively serve diverse customer bases
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Strong organizational skills with effective time management to prioritize tasks in a quick-paced setting
- Familiarity with marketing strategies, pricing policies, budgeting processes, and sales management tools
