EY Canada in Halifax is seeking a Senior in Transaction Tax to work on deals and advise on tax implications of acquisitions and divestitures. You’ll be involved in due diligence, structuring, and execution, developing both technical depth and commercial awareness in a rapid-moving workplace.

You’ll collaborate across teams, identify tax risks and opportunities, and translate findings into practical guidance for clients while benefiting from EY’s Total Rewards and career development programs.
