FGF Brands is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise scaling operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing workplace. You will lead, train and mentor a team, ensure proper ingredient sequencing, and uphold GMPs and safety standards on shift.
The role requires 1–2 years in manufacturing, robust leadership, and the ability to manage time and priorities under deadlines. Expect diverse shifts including days, afternoons, nights and weekends as needed.
