The Sydney Call Center is seeking a Contact Center Representative (full time) to support inbound and outbound customer service and sales projects onsite in Sydney, Nova Scotia. No prior contact center experience is required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply and training will be provided.
You will handle calls, assist customers, upsell where appropriate, and work within a team to deliver a best-in-class experience.
