The Victor at Parq Casino in Vancouver is seeking an experienced Broil / Grill Cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare steaks, seafood and other proteins on a high-volume grill and broiler station, ensuring accuracy and consistency to our standards.
Work with the culinary team to maintain quality, cleanliness, food safety, and timely service, while controlling temperatures and station organization in a rapid-paced workplace.
