Duties

- Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and recommend suitable gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance products.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts.
- Assist customers with product inquiries in multiple languages to ensure explicit communication and excellent service.
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays by organizing stock, replenishing shelves, and implementing visual merchandising strategies.




- Support landscape maintenance tasks within the store or outdoor areas to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Manage e-commerce orders by processing online sales and coordinating pickup or delivery options.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the shopping experience.

Experience
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in gardening, horticulture, or outdoor products.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling best practices.
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs.
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques, garden care, or horticulture principles is advantageous.
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain store cleanliness and orderliness.
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms or digital sales tools is beneficial.
- Passion for gardening and outdoor environments combined with excellent customer service skills will set you apart as a Retail Sales Associate ready to thrive in a lively retail setting.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
