Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting gardening supplies, landscape materials, and retail merchandise.
- Provide expert advice on horticulture, gardening techniques, and landscape maintenance to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Maintain attractive product displays through merchandising and inventory organization to maximize sales opportunities.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by processing online orders and coordinating in-store pickups when needed.




- Handle cashiering duties efficiently while ensuring excellent customer service throughout every interaction.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management, and organizing merchandise to ensure a well-stocked store environment.

Requirements

- Previous experience with POS systems, cashiering, or retail sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Solid communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers.
- Knowledge of gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance enhances your ability to assist customers effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing stock levels, merchandising displays, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly while providing exceptional customer service.
- Basic familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online order processing is advantageous.
- A proactive attitude with strong interpersonal skills to engage customers confidently and professionally.
