We are looking for a dedicated and customer-friendly individual to join our team at our Gujarati Food Counter. The ideal candidate should have a passion for Gujarati cuisine, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle food preparation and serving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve authentic Gujarati dishes such as dhokla, thepla, fafda, undhiyu, and other traditional items.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the food counter and work area.
- Take customer orders and provide excellent service.
- Ensure food is fresh, properly stored, and meets quality standards.
- Handle cash and digital transactions accurately.
- Assist in kitchen operations like cutting, packaging, and plating as needed.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements:

- Experience in Gujarati food preparation or serving (preferred but not mandatory).
- Knowledge of Gujarati cuisine and ingredients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, or English.
- Friendly and customer-oriented attitude.




- Basic knowledge of handling billing and POS systems (preferred).
