Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding and interest
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling relevant items to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract attention and promote featured products
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions promptly and courteously
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves and conducting stock checks as needed
- Utilize strong communication skills to educate customers about product features, warranties, and promotions
- Demonstrate proficiency in technology sales,



including explaining technical specifications clearly to diverse audiences
- Uphold store policies on phone etiquette, time management, and organizational standards to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred; technical sales experience is a plus
- Proven ability to perform product demos confidently and persuasively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clear explanations and active listening
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Experience with cashiering systems (POS) and cash handling procedures
- Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work flexible hours in a full-time capacity, demonstrating good time management skills
