Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products related to gardening, landscaping, and outdoor maintenance.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and support their gardening or landscaping projects.
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising techniques to promote featured products and seasonal items.
- Support landscape maintenance activities by advising customers on gardening best practices and horticultural techniques.




- Manage e-commerce orders by assisting customers with online purchases and ensuring timely order processing.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked, demonstrating strong organizational skills.

Skills

- Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures to ensure smooth transactions.
- Knowledge of gardening, horticulture, landscape maintenance, and merchandising principles.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively.
- Ability to educate customers about products and provide guidance on landscaping or gardening projects.
- Experience in retail sales environments with a focus on merchandising and cashiering tasks.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms for online order management is desirable.
- Organizational skills to manage stock levels, maintain displays, and keep the sales area tidy.
