Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selections, offering detailed demonstrations of technology and accessories to enhance their experience
- Conduct engaging product demos to highlight features and advantages, encouraging upselling opportunities to maximize sales potential
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling, processing payments, and issuing receipts with professionalism
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising techniques that draw customer attention and promote featured products
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with clear communication and friendly phone etiquette
- Support store operations by opening and closing the store as a Key Holder,



ensuring security protocols are followed and cash registers are balanced
- Assist in inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment, organizing merchandise, and conducting periodic stock audits to ensure product availability

Requirements
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales environments is preferred; familiarity with product demos is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical features clearly and confidently
- Demonstrated organizational skills for managing merchandising displays and inventory processes
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling, POS transactions, and sales calculations
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Customer service orientation with a positive attitude and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed; previous experience in cashiering or cash handling is advantageous
