Duties

- Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations across gardening, horticulture, and landscape maintenance categories
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising techniques to boost sales and enhance store aesthetics
- Assist customers with product inquiries in multiple languages to ensure clear communication and inclusive service
- Support inventory management by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting regular stock checks




- Process online orders via e-commerce platforms and coordinate in-store pickup or delivery arrangements
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred; strong familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Knowledge of gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance is highly desirable
- Multilingual skills are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a bonus
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, merchandising displays, and customer flow efficiently
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Passion for gardening or landscaping with a keen interest in helping customers find the right products and solutions
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays as needed
