Job Summary

We are looking for a foodie forward Retail Sales Associate with experience in customer service, and ability to work in a fast paced environment. In this energetic role, you will assist customers by educating them on our products, and provide expert advice on our various olive oils and balsamic vinegars. Work in and environment that is a welcoming and encourages repeat business and brand loyalty. Packaging, gift wrapping, and tasking is also a large part of the role we are seeking to fill.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend suitable products and solutions
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays that highlight highlight our various products
- Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment and organization to ensure product availability
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and guiding shoppers through their purchasing journey
- Package, wrap, and label gift sets, and hostess gifts
