The Retail Sales Associate will also discuss reliable internet, everyday entertainment, and home phone services to help our customers find options that fit their routines in person.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you are the helpful hand that steers our customers toward home internet, television, and landline phone solutions that fit seamlessly into their everyday world. The Retail Sales Associate will also meet each customer who enters with an open mind, eager to hear about their connectivity needs and how they can make life at home more enjoyable.

Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Associate

- Welcome customers in person with a friendly attitude, creating a comfortable space to discuss their communication and entertainment needs.
- Explore their preferences through in-person sales conversations, then recommend simple solutions for internet, TV, and landline services that fit their lifestyle.




- Clearly communicate the perks of bundled connectivity services in person, helping customers see the convenience and value of choosing our packages.
- Actively suggest upgrades or additional services to enhance their entertainment experience and boost overall satisfaction and sales.
- Build trust by explaining options in an accessible way, avoiding technical jargon, and emphasizing how these services support daily routines.
- Address questions with confidence, reinforcing the brand’s reputation for accessible, reliable internet and communication solutions.

Qualifications of the Retail Sales Associate

- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Interest in sales, customer service, or telecommunications is a plus.
- Organized with customer details, account needs, and sales follow-up.
- Resilient when handling questions, objections, or missed sales opportunities.
- Dependable, coachable, and motivated to grow in retail sales.

Pay: $5,000.00-$6,204.28 per month
