Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide expert advice on gardening, landscaping, and horticulture products
- Assist customers with product selection, answering questions about plant care, landscape maintenance tools, and merchandise features
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to process sales accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties, ensuring proper change is given
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays and organize stock to enhance store presentation
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and merchandising strategies




- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries in multiple languages when applicable and resolving issues promptly
- Support e-commerce initiatives by assisting customers with online orders or product information

Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and merchandising techniques is advantageous
- Familiarity with gardening tools, landscape maintenance equipment, horticulture practices, or related fields enhances your ability to assist customers effectively
- Multilingual skills are a plus to serve our diverse customer base better
- Strong communication skills and organizational abilities are essential for managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in e-commerce platforms or digital sales channels can be beneficial but is not mandatory
