Duties

- Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits.
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling relevant items to maximize their satisfaction.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Maintain organized merchandise displays through effective merchandising techniques.
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure products are properly labeled.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a friendly attitude at all times.
- Utilize strong communication skills to explain technical features of products and assist bilingual or multilingual customers.




- Handle cashiering duties with accuracy, including cash handling, basic math calculations, and balancing registers.
- Support store organization by managing time efficiently to complete daily tasks and ensure a smooth shopping environment.

Experience

- Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in technology or electronics sales environments.
- Demonstrated ability to perform product demos confidently and effectively communicate technical information.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base better.
- Experience with merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling is advantageous.
- Solid customer service skills with a focus on active listening and problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic math proficiency for transactions and inventory management is essential.
