Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience
- Assist customers in selecting products, offering detailed product demos to highlight features and benefits
- Conduct upselling and cross-selling to meet sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customers and promote featured products
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Manage phone inquiries professionally, providing information about products and store services
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment, product organization, and stock counts




- Demonstrate strong communication skills to explain technical features clearly and answer customer questions effectively

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in serving diverse customer bases
- Robust organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers on features and benefits
- Customer service orientation with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout shifts
