WSP is seeking a bilingual Senior Estimator to join our national Energy, Resources and Industry Project Controls team in Canada. Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will drive cost certainty for industrial, mining, oil & gas, and power projects from concept to commissioning within an EPCM framework. You will develop CAPEX/OPEX/owner‑cost estimates, review engineering data, manage scope changes and contractor claims, and mentor junior estimators while collaborating with clients and
